Denis Dariotis is a Canadian financial technology executive and the founder and chief executive officer of GoQuant, a trading technology company building execution and risk infrastructure for institutional market participants.

GoQuant develops institutional trading infrastructure for digital asset markets. Its platform connects to centralized and decentralized venues through a single interface and covers order execution, market data, portfolio and risk monitoring, operations, and post-trade settlement workflows used by trading firms, market makers, funds, and other professional market participants.

GoDark is a dark pool venue in the GoQuant ecosystem. It allows institutions to place and match large orders without publishing them to a public order book, reducing information leakage and market impact on block-sized trades.
